Step 1: Place the required item in the shopping cart

  • Go to the item you want to order and choose the right color. Click “Buy Now” at the bottom of the product when you clicked on your product.
  • You now have two choices, continue shopping or go to check out.
  • When you finish shopping, click the top right of the shopping bag. Here you can also check the contents of your shopping bag and/ or modify it.
  • After that, if you have checked everything, click the button finish 

Step 2: Fill in your personal information

  • To complete your order, enter the requested personal information, including your name, address and e-mail address.
  • You can choose to enter a different delivery address.

Step 3: Payment method

Then choose between Online Payment or Cash On Delivery, as your payment method.

Step 4: Check and confirm

Check your order. Good? Then just Confirm and Check out.

What To Do When I Didn't receive an order confirmation?

It may be that it takes a few minutes before you receive the order confirmation in your mailbox. If you have not received an order confirmation, please always check your SPAM folder first. Sometimes it happens that the order confirmation has ended up here.
If your order confirmation is not in SPAM folder, please contact our customer service via info@ricracshop.com.  Always include your address details. We will do our utmost best to help you!

Return Policy

General conditions

In case we sent you the wrong product, or the product is faulty, we will accept returns free of charge same day, provided that:

  • Products are returned in the original packaging
  • Package was never opened, i.e. is sealed,
  • The product shows no sign of usage,
  • The stamped invoice is attached,

Refund & cancellation policy:

– If you changed your mind after ordering, you can cancel your order maximum same day or in any case of exchange, the return request must be executed within 14 days after delivery and you will just pay the shipping fees for the exchange request.
– Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
– 3% handling fee applies on cancelled orders made through a credit card
– If your product matches the conditions above, please call our customer service they will walk you through the process of shipping the product back to us.

Please note that if the product returned does not match the conditions above, it will be rejected and will be shipped back to you.

My Payment seems to have failed, what to do?

If your payment seems to have failed and you have not received an order confirmation, always check whether the amount has been debited from your bank account. If this is the case, we ask you to wait. The order confirmation will follow soon. Always check your SPAM folder in your mail too!
It is also possible that your credit card company declined the payment. We can not see what the reason is. Your order is then automatically canceled. You can place your order again but Cash On Delivery
