Exactly as advertised, very comfortable and great quality. The whole process was very smooth, even when I needed to re-schedule the delivery at the very last minute. The only thing that could be improved is that it was impossible to speak to someone using the hotline as they never picked up, but otherwise they were very quick to respond to emails and quickly got in touch with me. Will definitely be dealing with Ricrac again!
