Refund & Cancellation Policy
– If you changed your mind after ordering, you can cancel your order maximum the same day or in any case of an exchange, the return request must be executed within 14 days after delivery and you will just pay the shipping fees for the exchange request.
– Refunds will be done only through Bank accounts or Vodafone Cash or Insta Pay
– 3% handling fee applies on canceled orders made through a credit card
– If your product matches the conditions above, please call our customer service they will walk you through the process of shipping the product back to us.
Please note that if the product returned does not match the conditions above, it will be rejected and will be shipped back to you.
