Return & Exchange - Cancellation Policies

- If you changed your mind after ordering, you can cancel your order maximum the same day or in any case of an exchange, the return request must be executed within 14 days after delivery and you will just pay the shipping fees for the exchange request.

- The shipping fees is deducted from the initial price of the item

- A picture of the returned or exchanges item should be sent to check that the product is on its initial state with no deficiency.

- A picture of the returned or exchanged item should be sent sealed and well packed to be handled to the shipping company, otherwise the shipping company will reject it.

- In the event of a return or exchange, we accept the product and conduct an examination within 5 working days. This examination is carried out by our Quality Department to ensure that the product adheres to our exchange or return policy. Subsequently, the refund amount is transferred to the customer, with shipping costs deducted.

- Refunds will be done only through Bank accounts or Vodafone Cash or Insta Pay

- If your product matches the conditions above, please call our customer service they will walk you through the process of shipping the product back to us.
