Over expectations, super for the neckpain matters 😍🌟
The Ricrac medical pillow was a real lifesaver after my neck surgery. I even took it with me to the hospital because I couldn’t sleep without it. It's not my first time purchasing a pillow from ricrac. I really like the materials and the layerable covers to protect the pillows. I had a sever back and neck pain lately due to working and thanks to this pillow now my sleeping got more comfortable and helped a lot to make me fee better. Thanks!

I can't describe it as hard , actually it is medium. all over good, but if it was hard it was going to be better

الخامة كويسة ومريحة جدا للنوم على الضهر ولكن لو النوم على الجنب فبالنسبه لأستخدامي الشخصي فالمخدة واطيه جدا جدا ومحتاجه تترفع على الأقل 4 سم

Slightly firm, not quite soft at the 1st use, I think it's dedicated and prescribed only to the ones who had cervical disc proplems. Not quite comfortable for normal people or had mild neck pain
