Some people told me it didn't make a difference that much with them but my spinal cord says it does make a difference :D it's a more comfortable sitting on while having that space to avoid having all tension and weight solely on your spinal cord! It increased the time i can sit between stretches and not feel my back screaming :D and being more comfortable while sitting made me more productive! Because it's not constant pain anymore
